Gang surf is a surf school, equipment rental center and local brand. We have 2 structures: one on the north beach of Biscarrosse-plage and the second on the Vivier beach.

Constantly in search of development, our structure includes 3 employees in the year and 5 additional employees in season.

We have three axes of development: marketing, commercial and operational.

​

We are therefore looking for an intern for the  2022 season.

You will therefore participate in the development of these three axes as well as in the general management of the structure.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of the missions that can be offered to you. These will be established together according to your profile and what you are looking for.

• Social networks.

• Photo and video shooting, blogging, networking.

Operational

• Promotion of the school (video and photo production, local image) and development of local partners.

• Creation of new activities.

• Development of surf camps and other activities.

• Territorial development.

Brand

• Brand development, image.

• Online sales, digital management.

• Management of the team and photoshoots.

Suppliers

• Management of materials and improvements to course and rental products.

• Management of the stores on the two schools.

• Development of new opportunities in rental and sale.

• Participation in the life of the school (reception, booking, preparation of surf lessons, email management).

• Statistics on customer origin and satisfaction questionnaires.

• Improved customer experience.

Participation

• Participation in all additional school activities: opening, closing, installations, shopping, cleaning, collection, transport, etc.

Profile

• Student from Bac + 2 to Bac + 5.

• Driving license B, vehicle.

• Correct level of English required.

• The ability to work in a team.

• Interest in sliding sports.

• Skills in video editing and web marketing are highly appreciated.

Know how :

• Understanding, analyzing and promoting our offers and services.

• Knowledge of marketing and marketing concepts.

• Digital and technical culture, written expression (proficiency in Adobe suite software is a plus).
